Our non-fat dry milk (NFDM) powder has excellent solubility and a clean milky flavor that makes it ideal for natural and processed cheeses, confectionery goods, yogurts and other cultured dairy products, ice cream, and dry mixes. It’s produced by separating, pasteurizing, vacuum concentrating, and spray-drying fresh raw milk.
Our Non-Fat Dry Milk is naturally high in protein. We manufacture Non-Fat Dry Milk powder for Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) beverage and infant formula applications. Our very precise quality control measures in place to control spore levels. Cayuga Milk Ingredients also offer both agglomerated and non-agglomerated Non-Fat Dry Milk.
