Low Heat and Medium Heat Skim Milk Powder
Fresh, raw milk is separated, pasteurized, vacuum-concentrated, and spray-dried to produce high-quality skim milk powder. With our Near-infrared (NIR) standardizer, we can meet any protein level our customers desire from 30% to 36%. With excellent solubility and a clean, milky flavor, it’s an ideal ingredient in natural and processed cheeses, confectionery goods, yogurts and cultured dairy products, ice cream, and dry mixes for various industries.
We manufacture skim milk powder for Ultra-high-temperature (UHT) beverage and infant formula applications. Our plant has implemented extremely precise quality control measures to control spore levels. We offer both agglomerated and non-agglomerated skim milk powder. Low Heat and Medium Heat Non-Fat Dry Milk
Our non-fat dry milk (NFDM) powder has excellent solubility and a clean, milky flavor that makes it ideal for natural and processed cheeses, confectionery goods, yogurts and other cultured dairy products, ice cream, and dry mixes. It’s produced by separating, pasteurizing, vacuum concentrating, and spray-drying fresh, raw milk.
Our Non-Fat Dry Milk is naturally high in protein. We manufacture Non-Fat Dry Milk powder for UHT beverage and infant formula applications. We have very precise quality control measures in place to control spore levels. We offer both agglomerated and non-agglomerated Non-Fat Dry Milk.
Our protein powders are produced by removing much of the lactose and minerals in the skimmed milk, leaving behind the proteins. These proteins come from fresh milk, so they have not been acted on by any enzymes from cheese-making. They are available in spray-dried form, packed in bags; or as a condensed liquid shipped in tanker trucks.

With a high nutritional quality and high level of calcium, our milk protein concentrate 70 is ideal for cheeses, cultured foods, frozen desserts, nutritional beverages and dry mix meal replacements.
Milk Protein Concentrate 85
With a light milky aroma and clean, milk taste, our milk protein concentrate 85 can be used in sports beverages and protein bars, soups, and sauces.
Milk Protein Concentrate 90
Highly nutritional and suitable for use in protein beverages, bars, and breakfast cereals, milk protein 90 provides a high level of nutritional value. It can also be used as a stabilizer/emulsifier in yogurt, ice cream, nutritional formulas, and meat products.
Condensed Whole Milk and Skim Milk
To produce our delicious and nutritious skim milk, our fresh, whole milk is separated, pasteurized, and standardized.
Fresh, whole milk is separated, pasteurized, and cooled to 35°F/2°C. Our cream has a fresh, clean flavor and is ideal for use in butter, ice cream, and Ultra High Temperature (UHT) products. It can also be used in cultured dairy products, puddings, and other cream-based desserts.
Ultrafiltered (UF) Skim – Liquid Protein
Skim milk undergoes multiple ultra-filtration processes that increase the solids content of milk permeate while leaving a natural milk liquid base and lactose. It is a functional, nutritious addition to powdered drink mixes, soups, sauces, bakery products, and snack food coatings.
