Fresh raw milk is separated, pasteurized, vacuum-concentrated, and spray-dried to produce high-quality skim milk powder. With our Near-infrared (NIR) standardizer, we can meet any protein level our customers desire from 30% to 36%. With excellent solubility and a clean milky flavor, it’s an ideal ingredient in natural and processed cheeses, confectionery goods, yogurts and cultured dairy products, ice cream and dry mixes for various industries.
We manufacture skim milk powder for Ultra-high-temperature (UHT) beverage and infant formula applications. Our plant has implemented extremely precise quality control measures to control spore levels. We offer both agglomerated and non-agglomerated skim milk powder.
